The role available is a full-time Maintenance Crew Member position based on a set schedule from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant by performing routine and scheduled maintenance tasks both inside the restaurant and on the grounds. The Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for upkeep on restaurant equipment, cleanliness, and safety measures to create a pleasant environment for customers and a safe working space for staff.

Being part of the Maintenance Crew requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks according to a schedule. Although prior experience is not required as training will be provided, candidates must be willing to learn and proactively take on responsibilities. Duties include performing indoor cleaning, power washing sidewalks, window washing, planned maintenance of kitchen equipment (such as grills and fryers), receiving and stocking deliveries twice a week, as well as performing safety checks and basic rooftop maintenance.

The position also emphasizes physical capability, as candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Safety is a top priority, with responsibilities like inspecting fire alarms and reporting maintenance issues to the Team Lead.
