Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, this role is within a restaurant licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products but operated by a separate company and employer. Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience helpful
- Ability to operate basic cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck 2 or 3 times a week
- Take out and empty trash
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
