Key duties include filtering oil fryers daily, unloading delivery trucks twice a week, emptying the trash compactor, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and the restaurant roof from debris. This role requires taking initiative in dealing with both the restaurant team and external contractors to maintain high operational standards.

The ideal candidate will bring a year of janitorial experience and be fluent in English and Spanish.
