The Maintenance Supervisor role at SkyChefs in Las Vegas is a pivotal on-site leadership position responsible for ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of a high-volume food production facility. A key part of the position involves identifying process enhancements to boost equipment reliability and reduce operational costs while collaborating closely with operations and engineering teams on process optimization and capital projects. Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Qualifications
