Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred and required within 90 days of hire if not already obtained
- Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Valid driver's license required

- Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property
- Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software
- Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team
- Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement
