The Maintenance Supervisor role at Cintas is a critical leadership position that oversees all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities. This full-time, first-shift role is part of the Rental organization and comes with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for improving the functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Key responsibilities include managing and scheduling facility and equipment work assignments, performing preventive maintenance, developing and implementing safety processes, and managing budgets related to building maintenance, equipment, capital expenditures, parts, and labor. This role requires hands-on involvement with equipment repairs and maintenance planning and also includes supervising, mentoring, and training the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.

The Maintenance Supervisor must possess extensive experience in repairing industrial processing equipment, preferably gained in an industrial environment or the military, along with supervisory experience. Proficiency in areas like wiring, electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, and maintenance management systems is essential. The role also entails vendor and parts management, negotiating with service companies, and reporting on maintenance activities. Candidates should be comfortable with interpreting maintenance literature and blueprints and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. The position demands physical stamina, as it requires standing for long periods during shifts and being on call for emergencies 24/7.

Preferred skills include boiler knowledge, HVAC experience, welding capabilities (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing), and reliability certifications such as CPMM or CRMP.
