We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Reserve at Miller Farm. This role is critical in maintaining and elevating the community's appearance and functionality, ensuring resident satisfaction, and preserving the asset’s value. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader within the maintenance team, guiding and mentoring associates while also actively participating in day-to-day maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, managing turnover processes, and ensuring timely completion of repair and upkeep tasks in accordance with company standards. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong vendor relationships, coordinate training and development initiatives, and uphold the HILLS mission, vision, and values in every interaction.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
