Great Southern Wood Preserving, Incorporated is a prominent leader in the wood preservation industry, recognized primarily for its flagship product, YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine. This product is widely distributed through Do-It-Yourself retail home centers, professional dealers, and various retail building-related and industrial segments. The company's extensive distribution network covers a vast geographic area stretching from the Florida Keys to Texas, up to Canada, covering parts or all of 27 states including the District of Columbia, and extends to regions in the Caribbean, Latin America, the European Union, and the Mediterranean. YellaWood® is the preferred choice for outdoor building projects, offering an array of pressure-treated fence products, columns, deck specialties, and kiln-dried after treatment (KDAT) products that couple durability with quality for a broad customer base.

Greenbush Logistics is currently seeking a highly experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to play a crucial role in the upkeep and efficiency of its fleet operations. This role commands a seasoned professional with extensive mechanical knowledge and leadership skills to oversee and direct the maintenance team ensuring that all fleet equipment functions safely and effectively. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing technicians, optimizing workforce schedules, delegating technical tasks, and fostering professional growth and quality improvement within the maintenance team. Demonstrated capability to make swift, sound decisions and the aptitude for managing multiple priorities effectively under pressure are vital for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background especially with tractors, trailers, and forklifts, and proven supervisory experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience
  • At least three years of supervisory experience
  • At least one year of mechanical knowledge preferred
