Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4-6 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry
  • Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work off ground level with proper safety equipment
  • Capability to work in non-air-conditioned environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow written procedures
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and government regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 4-6 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree or some college preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office and computer applications
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to read English and follow written procedures accurately
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Win the shift by ensuring all aspects of the shift adhere to world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates
  • Uphold and promote E5 leadership behaviors which include embrace the consumer, ensure operational capabilities, empower and involve, engage and develop, and expect ownership and accountability
  • Identify issues, assign actions to appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure completion
  • Coach associates towards an independent, problem-solving mentality
  • Operate with a one team mentality by collaborating across departments to solve issues and ensure production schedules are met
  • Prepare priorities for the team for upcoming shifts
