The Maintenance Supervisor position at TreeHouse Foods’ Forest Park, GA plant focuses on maintaining and supporting the production operations responsible for manufacturing quality Refrigerated Dough products. This is a full-time role in the Production Maintenance category with responsibilities spanning multiple shifts that operate Monday through Friday, including possible overtime on weekends. The supervisor will lead and direct a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with regulatory standards. The role demands coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance programs designed to reduce equipment downtime, improve reliability, and maintain optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with several critical functions including leadership, task assignment, prioritization of maintenance duties, and compliance monitoring.
