The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates closely with production meetings and shift changes to maintain seamless communication and operational continuity. With responsibilities ranging from handling budgets, managing payroll schedules, directing root cause analysis processes, to leading cross-functional reliability teams, this role is central to minimizing production downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.

This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent combined education and experience with progressive leadership exposure. Candidates should have an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree, technical school equivalent, or significant practical work experience.
