Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification is required
- Certified Pool Operator certification strongly preferred with obligation to obtain within 90 days if not already certified
- Minimum three years of hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property
- Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software
- Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
