The Maintenance Supervisor role at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is critical to the smooth operation of the production facility. This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining all assets within the plant, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production processes. The Maintenance Supervisor identifies, troubleshoots, and repairs problems in production equipment and processes. Beyond day-to-day maintenance, the role also involves project planning for assigned plant areas, guiding the maintenance team on preventive and emergency actions to keep the facility running optimally.

Employees in this role work a late-night schedule from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and are compensated with an annual salary of $80,000 plus eligibility for incentives. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude who can communicate effectively with their team. The supervisor is responsible for planning team schedules, conducting one-on-one communications with direct reports, forecasting training needs, and collaborating with planners and plant managers.

This position requires managing parts inventory, scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, generating and completing work orders, installing new equipment, performing equipment changeovers, and maintaining clean and safe work environments.
