Job Description

Home Leasing LLC is a reputable property management company specializing in residential community development and management. Known for maintaining high standards of living and exceptional tenant satisfaction, Home Leasing LLC manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties. The company is dedicated to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments for its residents by employing skilled and committed professionals. With a focus on sustainable property upkeep and efficient resident services, Home Leasing LLC offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth, and a commitment to fair and equal employment practices without discrimination based on age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.

The Maintenance Superintendent position at Home Leasing LLC is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all physical assets within the residential communities. This role involves ensuring that apartments and common areas are maintained in excellent condition through planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs and repair operations. The Maintenance Superintendent is tasked with coordinating daily maintenance activities, supervising maintenance technicians, and liaising with community leadership to address property issues proactively.

This full-time role requires an individual who can multitask effectively, communicate well with residents and staff, and possess strong supervisory capabilities. Responsibilities include managing HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing repairs, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and responding to emergency maintenance calls. The Maintenance Superintendent also prepares detailed reports on property conditions, manages work orders, reviews invoices, and ensures all subcontracted work meets insurance requirements and community standards.

This role demands a hands-on approach, involving physical work such as lifting equipment, climbing, and operating tools safely and efficiently. Regular inspections of buildings, grounds, parking lots, and community areas are essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Superintendent also handles records management related to maintenance services and safety data, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines.

Candidates for this role should bring prior property maintenance experience and supervisory background, particularly in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry. A high school diploma is mandatory, with demonstrated ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role offers company-paid medical insurance, generous paid time off, a 401K plan with employer matching, parental leave, an employee referral program, and paid volunteer time off. If you are a dedicated maintenance professional seeking a leadership role in residential property management, this position at Home Leasing LLC is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
