This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving maintenance challenges while providing top-tier customer service. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various service issues that include HVAC systems, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks. The incumbent will ensure the upkeep of both interior and exterior areas to comply with company standards, legal codes, and safety regulations. Responding quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests is crucial, as is clear and professional communication with residents and office staff regarding repair statuses and updates.
