Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required or relevant experience may be substituted
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance reporting standards codes proper maintenance and repair techniques to assist outside repair facilities
  • Familiarity with relevant safety components
  • Must have the ability to assess equipment failures over the telephone and relay the proper information and location to repair facilities
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect
  • Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities, which arise, in a complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Work is partially sedentary and performed in an office setting
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Involves local travel within work hours as necessary
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job related travel

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work directly with maintenance repair facilities in coordinating work, processing invoices, proper parts and labor coding, and quality control
  • Support and coordinate efforts between outside support services and internal team members in support of successfully maintaining maintenance services and mission critical equipment
  • Schedule company assets for services due in each supporting repair facility, ensuring nothing goes past due
  • Review internal and external repair orders and ensure time and parts charged are accurate before closing out orders
  • Flag internal and external repair work orders for policy/warranty support when reviewing during or prior to closing out work orders
  • Ensure the CMMS program (RTA) is accurate and up to date, reviewing processes and procedures as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the service teams
  • Monitor and support RTA systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
