Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the duration of the shift
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in parking or traffic control preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points
- Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces
- Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team
- Support pedestrian safety by maintaining clear walkways and crosswalks
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time
- Sweep and clean garage floors, stairwells, and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of throughout the shift
- Identify and report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
- Restock supplies such as cleaning materials and other facility necessities as needed
