We are currently hiring a Temporary Full-Time Maintenance Porter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and enjoy a varied workday. The Maintenance Porter will play an essential role in supporting the daily upkeep and maintenance of the community. They will assist with building maintenance tasks, respond to HVAC-related needs, support housekeeping duties, and ensure the property remains safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents and guests. The Maintenance Porter’s responsibilities are diverse and hands-on, catering to those who take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoy helping others. Daily activities include assisting residents with their packages and groceries, managing trash and recycling removal, and contributing to general maintenance tasks such as unclogging drains and cleanup. The role also involves conducting routine security rounds, maintaining the exterior appearance of the building and grounds, and supporting event setups. Additionally, the Maintenance Porter will care for common areas through tasks like carpet cleaning, touch-up painting, staining, and floor care, as well as cleaning shared spaces and public restrooms.
This position requires a friendly, flexible, and dependable individual who is observant with a problem-solving mindset. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
- Ability to walk throughout the community for extended periods of time
- Position involves both light and heavy physical activity
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Assist residents with packages, groceries, and other requests as needed
- Complete trash and recycling removal throughout the community
- Support maintenance tasks including unclogging drains, cleanup, and hauling materials
