Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and walking for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- capacity to maintain a neat and professional appearance
- willingness to follow safety protocols and report hazards
Job Qualifications

- ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- adaptability to changing work environments
- sound judgment and professionalism under pressure
- ability to read and interpret written information
- physical capability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by facility manager
- walk garage daily to identify and correct maintenance problems
- sweep and clean entrances, exits, stairwells, rails, booth, office, and restrooms
- empty trashcans throughout facility
- paint facility surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, and walls
- replace burned out bulbs and apply oil absorbent to spills
- submit repair and maintenance requests
- inspect safety items including gate arms and ticket machines
- operate equipment like sweepers, lawnmowers, and snow removal tools
- assist customers and resolve complaints
- maintain janitorial supplies inventory
- keep garage and lot sweep sheet
- cover cashier or attendant duties as needed
- maintain proper uniform and professional appearance
- report policy violations and safety hazards
