You will use a variety of tools and equipment, from brooms and mops to power sweepers and lawn maintenance tools, and handle physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds and operating in all weather conditions. The position may require flexibility with shifts, including possible weekend or third-shift availability based on location-specific needs. SP Plus ensures an inclusive work environment by providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities to enable efficient job performance.

Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, long-term and short-term disability coverage, life and accident insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off. SP Plus is committed to equal employment opportunities, actively fostering diversity and inclusion within the workforce without discrimination based on race, sex, age, disability, or other protected classes.
