Job Qualifications

- experience in janitorial or cleaning work is a plus
- ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- good physical condition for active work
Job Duties
- picking up litter
- wiping and cleaning surfaces including windowsills, trash can lids, and benches
- changing trash bags in outdoor receptacles
- cleaning dumpster enclosures and managing waste materials
- assisting with general building maintenance as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to various job sites
- potentially working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds
