Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to pass applicable auditions or skill testing
  • Must successfully complete background check
  • Must pass physical examination and drug screening
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours
  • Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Clear vision for close, distant, and depth perception

Job Duties

  • Prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Work with the maintenance staff to keep maintenance areas clean and organized
  • Inspect, clean, and repair area heaters
  • Inspect, clean, repair, and ensure all BBQs function properly
  • Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain gas and propane fire pits
  • Inspect, clean, repair, and replace pool area furnishings
  • Power wash walkways and pool decks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain cleanliness and waste-free environment
  • Work directly with maintenance technicians on tickets and special projects
  • Ensure all equipment is safe for guests and associates
  • Assist with additional tasks or special projects assigned by Maintenance Manager
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct
  • Maintain consistent attendance
  • Adhere to performance standards and company policies
