Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass applicable auditions or skill testing
Must successfully complete background check
Must pass physical examination and drug screening
Ability to speak and understand English
Must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours
Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Clear vision for close, distant, and depth perception

Job Duties

Prioritize and organize work assignments
Work with the maintenance staff to keep maintenance areas clean and organized
Inspect, clean, and repair area heaters
Inspect, clean, repair, and ensure all BBQs function properly
Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain gas and propane fire pits
Inspect, clean, repair, and replace pool area furnishings
Power wash walkways and pool decks as needed
Collaborate with other departments to maintain cleanliness and waste-free environment
Work directly with maintenance technicians on tickets and special projects
Ensure all equipment is safe for guests and associates
Assist with additional tasks or special projects assigned by Maintenance Manager
Maintain professional and ethical conduct
Maintain consistent attendance
Adhere to performance standards and company policies
