This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM and offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00. The Maintenance Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of critical facility areas including parking garages, building lobbies, elevators, and designated floors.

A significant aspect of this role involves operating an industrial power-sweeping machine used for keeping the parking garage clean. The Maintenance Porter not only operates this heavy machinery safely but also performs routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and minor maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication to ensure optimal equipment performance. In addition to equipment operation, this role supports general janitorial duties such as trash removal, replenishment of supplies, spot-cleaning surfaces, and assisting with seasonal or special event cleaning projects.

The job requires a blend of technical aptitude and physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds routinely and operate machinery requiring hand-eye coordination.
