This position is within a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products but entirely separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment practices including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not participate in these employment decisions and will not receive copies of applications or have involvement in the interview or hiring process.

Other duties include unloading delivery trucks twice weekly, managing waste by emptying trash compactors, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units as well as removing debris from the rooftop.
