Job Description
This position is within a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products but entirely separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment practices including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not participate in these employment decisions and will not receive copies of applications or have involvement in the interview or hiring process.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or similar role beneficial
- Ability to filter oil fryers daily
- Ability to maintain outdoor grounds
- Capable of cleaning various restaurant areas including equipment and restrooms
- Ability to unload delivery trucks
- Ability to manage waste disposal
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience is advantageous
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unloading delivery truck twice a week
- Taking out and emptying trash compactor
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
