Job Description

McDonald's is one of the world’s largest and most recognized fast-food restaurant chains, known for its commitment to quality, service, and community. The brand has built its reputation on serving quick, delicious food while offering rewarding career opportunities for individuals who are motivated to grow both personally and professionally. As a global leader in the foodservice industry, McDonald's offers extensive employee benefits, including competitive pay, education assistance, and growth potential within the company and its franchise network. This particular job opening is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which means besides working with the power of a global brand, you will be joining a close-knit, community-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a well-run establishment.

This Maintenance Person role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a meaningful job that offers flexible working hours and career development opportunities. As a crucial member of the Maintenance Team, you will assist management in ensuring the restaurant’s interior and exterior are clean, safe, and well-maintained, enhancing the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include daily upkeep, equipment maintenance, and handling various duties related to the physical condition and appearance of the restaurant. You can expect ongoing training and access to tools that will help you succeed in your position.

In addition to a competitive pay rate starting at $21.25 per hour, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes meal discounts while working, service awards recognizing your dedication, and discount programs such as McD Perkspot. The franchise also supports your educational goals by offering full coverage for high school diplomas, tuition assistance up to $3,000 per year, and partnership with Colorado Tech University, enabling employees to pursue higher education with little to no out-of-pocket charges. These benefits emphasize the company’s commitment to employee growth and development while fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.

By joining this McDonald's franchise, you become part of a passionate team that values energy, purpose, leadership, and continuous improvement. Whether you are looking to take the first step in your career or continue growing within the fast-food industry, the Maintenance Person role is designed to inspire your best, allowing you to balance work with your educational pursuits and personal goals. This position not only allows for hands-on experience with restaurant maintenance but also provides a platform to develop additional skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which are invaluable in any career path.

If you are someone who enjoys being active, working with your hands, and takes pride in a clean and safe environment, this Maintenance Person position at McDonald's might be the ideal opportunity for you. Moreover, since the franchise operates independently, you will find a company culture that encourages personal initiative and values employee feedback, making your work experience more engaging and rewarding. This role is more than just a job; it is a stepping stone toward a fulfilling career within a respected brand and a supportive team that truly cares about your success. Apply today and make your move toward a better career and a brighter future.
