This full-time Engineering Supervisor position offers an hourly rate of $36.55 and calls for a dynamic professional who will lead the engineering team to maintain excellence in owner and guest service while ensuring the operational reliability and upkeep of the resort's facilities. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and preventative care of tools, appliances, and equipment essential to daily operations. Tasks include calibrating controls, gauges, and meters; identifying and managing all shut-off valves; and overseeing inventory and ordering of parts and supplies. The role encompasses critical safety tasks such as completing life safety checklists, running fire pump and generator tests, and inspecting fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Additionally, the Supervisor will contribute to disaster response protocol development to enhance preparedness.

This role emphasizes not only technical skills but also leadership and personnel management, as the Supervisor will assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating engineering staff. Essential physical demands include lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently and assisting with heavier weights, as well as navigating stairs, ramps, and ladders.
