We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Janitorial Associates to join our team on a part-time basis during overnight shifts. This role is essential in ensuring that our stores maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and fellow associates. The Janitorial Associate position at Walmart Supercenter #3390 involves responsibilities that span the entire facility — from parking lots, restrooms, aisles, entryways, to receiving areas. A janitorial associate plays a vital role in shaping the first and last impressions customers have when they enter and exit the store. The successful candidate will be committed to upholding cleanliness standards, adhering to safety regulations, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with the actual rate being at least the minimum wage required by the job location. In addition to this base pay, associates may earn annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium compensation is also available in certain situations, which may vary based on schedule, specific work shifts, facility needs, seasons, or other criteria. This can range from an additional $0.35 to $3.00 per hour and multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if eligible.
