Individuals in this role must be comfortable working with technical tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and various types of power tools and lifting devices.

The position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Additionally, candidates must be physically fit to safely work at heights, use fall protection equipment, handle heavy machinery, and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability, as shifts include night work and holidays. The pay rate for this role in California ranges from $41.63 to $50.68 per hour, reflecting the expertise and skill required, with the final salary dependent on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

This opportunity offers a stable career path within a globally recognized and respected company that values its employees and offers comprehensive benefits, including medical and financial packages. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in maintaining complex mechanical systems, and want to be part of a team that brings joy and magic to millions, this position at Disneyland Resort could be your dream job.
