The work schedule follows a 2-2-3 shift pattern, operating from 5 PM to 5:30 AM, accommodating continuous production needs. The starting pay ranges from $24.86 to $30.38 per hour, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits enhancing the total compensation package.

The role extends beyond simple equipment repair; it demands a proactive approach to prevent downtime and optimize line efficiency. The incumbent will be responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, installation of new equipment, fabrication and rebuilding of parts, as well as conducting change-overs and line setups critical for production variations.
