Our products serve commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities across the globe, including schools, hospitals, factories, and stadiums. Our dedication to investing in our people and communities has fostered a culture of growth, leadership, and opportunity. Our teams are known for collaboration and a passion for excellence, creating an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. Joining Greenheck means becoming part of an award-winning culture that values your contributions and supports your development.
As a Maintenance Technician at Greenheck Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our metal fabrication processes on the industrial floor. This position is a perfect fit for candidates who enjoy a low-stress, team-oriented work environment and want to contribute to the operational success of a leading HVAC manufacturer. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and minor electrical components of machinery, performing routine preventive maintenance, creating replacement parts using existing fabrication equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. You will also be required to operate material handling equipment safely when necessary.
The role is offered exclusively on the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and provides competitive compensation starting at $35.38 per hour, with regular increases up to $42.20 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift premium for the 3rd shift. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment, who is proficient with hand and power tools, and has the ability to read blueprints and schematics. In addition to technical skills, you should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
Greenheck Group supports your growth by offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and family support, financial security, learning and development programs, wellbeing and mental health resources, and work-life balance initiatives. Working here means joining a safety-conscious environment where personal protective equipment is provided and safety protocols are prioritized. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and comply with all federal and state disability laws to provide reasonable accommodations when needed. If you want to join a motivated, values-based team where you can grow your career while working in a thriving culture, Greenheck Group is the place for you.
