The Maintenance Manager on Duty role is a critical leadership position within the Equinox team located at Brickell Heights. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all club and exercise equipment are meticulously maintained, clean, and operational, guaranteeing an exceptional member experience.

The Maintenance Manager on Duty serves as a key point of accountability by leading the maintenance team, supporting the Maintenance Manager, and collaborating closely with the broader management team. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills are essential, as this role involves training new and existing staff on Equinox’s high standards, inspecting and repairing a wide range of equipment — from cardio and strength machines to climate control and music systems — and managing inventory needs for maintenance supplies. This role also entails overseeing special projects like deep floor cleaning and high dusting.
