We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. This role entails comprehensive responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel’s physical plant, including HVAC/R systems, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as general maintenance tasks that keep the property safe and visually appealing. The Maintenance Technician will oversee engineering and maintenance operations with special emphasis on safety, security, and asset protection. You will manage the maintenance budget and capital expenditure projects, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and contribute to the hotel’s energy conservation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and laundry operations.
