The Maintenance Manager position at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is a critical role within Aramark Healthcare's Facility Operations team. Job Requirements
- Requires 2-5 years of experience supervising or managing MEP and HVAC trades
- Experience in healthcare or hospital environment required
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance of building systems including boilers, chillers, generators, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical
- Ability to manage a team and lead safety initiatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work rotational on-call shifts
- Ability to comply with all safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience supervising or managing MEP and HVAC trades
- Experience in healthcare or hospital environment
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance for building systems including boilers, chillers, generators, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
- Experience managing a union workforce is a plus
