The Maintenance Manager role at HelloFresh involves overseeing the maintenance and reliability of equipment and facilities across multiple sites. The Maintenance Manager will lead teams responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, and manufacturing automation equipment. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations within food, beverage, perishables, or distribution industries. The Maintenance Manager will often work in cold environments, with parts of the facility maintained at 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and must be adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving workplace reminiscent of a startup atmosphere. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights is essential.
