This fosters an inclusive and engaging environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally while contributing to important enterprise-wide goals.

The Maintenance Manager role at the Tonawanda, NY facility presents a vital leadership opportunity within TreeHouse Foods’ production network. The plant specializes in manufacturing quality cracker products, and the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the production maintenance group at this location. The Maintenance Manager will leverage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and continuous improvement methodologies to boost individual skill development, enhance teamwork, and drive manufacturing results. The role works closely with various departments including plant floor personnel, engineering, external vendors, and senior leadership, making interpersonal skills and communication critical. Responsibilities also include managing the annual capital budget as a Project Manager to support infrastructure upgrades, operational efficiencies, and safety initiatives.

Candidates must be ready to lead with flexibility, as the role requires supporting multiple shifts and occasionally adjusting work schedules to provide oversight and mentorship across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The anticipated salary range is between $97,500 and $146,300 annually, with the precise compensation depending on factors such as education, experience, certifications, location, and performance. In addition, employees may be eligible for bonuses, discretionary merit awards, and equity pay.

Joining TreeHouse Foods means access to a competitive compensation package that includes immediate eligibility for benefits from day one. Employees enjoy four weeks of vacation, paid sick leave, parental leave, and 11 company holidays including floating holidays. The company supports career growth through paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a vast online educational platform offering over 10,000 courses. A diverse and inclusive culture, robust wellness programs, and employee resource groups foster a welcoming workplace environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.
