Following their dedication to shaping exceptional living spaces, 11Residential invites you to join a team focused on impactful service and community enhancement.
This specific position supports the Heritage Grove and Peak 88 apartment communities located in Renton, Washington, containing a total of 91 apartment units. The role reports directly to the Property Manager and is critical in maintaining the property at high quality standards set by 11Residential. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance-related activities and projects at the site, ensuring that the residential environment remains well-maintained and appealing. This role demands leadership and expertise, where the supervisor not only schedules and supervises maintenance staff but also contributes to training and developing other team members to elevate their skills. The position involves a considerable degree of autonomy blended with collaboration, as the supervisor coordinates with on-site office teams and updates systems relating to maintenance workflows.
Responsibilities include managing weekly service requests and apartment make-ready schedules, responding to resident service needs, conducting daily property inspections, and maintaining landscaping and exterior features to uphold consistent curb appeal. The supervisor is also tasked with ensuring safety compliance, conducting safety audits, managing supplies and budgets, and stepping in to resolve emergency situations beyond regular hours. With a competitive hourly compensation range of $33 to $37, depending on experience and skills, this role also offers performance-driven bonuses. Compensation is designed to be fair and motivating, reflecting the candidate’s abilities and contributions to the community's upkeep and resident satisfaction.
The position requires the ability to work on-site and entails physical requirements such as lifting up to 100 pounds, walking extensive distances daily, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. A high level of integrity, teamwork, and customer service orientation is essential to succeed in this role. 11Residential ensures equal employment opportunity and is inclusive of all backgrounds, emphasizing a respectful, collaborative working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced maintenance professionals to take on a leadership role in a supportive company that rewards dedication and offers growth potential.
