The role involves overseeing planning, organizing, and scheduling maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of facilities to ensure upkeep, as well as managing security personnel and implementing safety protocols. Responsibilities also include assessing space requirements, reviewing data on facility specifications, estimating design costs, ensuring proper functioning of facilities, and interacting with the leadership team on project progress. The individual will be responsible for sourcing supplies, managing safety and security programs, and ensuring environmental compliance with waste management regulations.
