Job Description
This job posting is for a Maintenance Lead position within a group of restaurants owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA, operating independently in all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, and supervision. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Job Duties
- Report to Director of Technology and maintenance for planning and support
- supervise and follow up with general managers and the maintenance team in daily operations
- follow company maintenance schedules and procedures
- conduct roof checks involving climbing a 20 FT ladder and inspect roof condition
- follow up on planned maintenance such as filters, coil cleaning, and belt replacements annually
- conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues
- coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities including vendor use for jobs requiring warranty or professional attention
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs using company tracking systems
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through weekly safety and security checks
- train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- collaborate with other departments to support operational goals
- communicate with Director to review equipment condition for budgeting reinvestment or repair
- learn new skills through equipment training, online troubleshooting, and company videos
