Currently, Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance / Porter to join their team. This role is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment that enhances customer satisfaction. The Maintenance / Porter is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks both inside and outside the store to preserve its aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness on the sales floor, managing the upkeep of windows, doors, public restrooms, break rooms, and the store exterior, including snow and debris removal. The Maintenance / Porter will also oversee maintenance activities performed by contracted vendors and use the company’s ETS system according to guidelines.

This full-time position demands a proactive individual with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to serve customers through maintaining an orderly retail environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools and possess basic carpentry skills. The role also requires physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks that ensure the store remains presentable and safe for customers and employees alike.
