- Valid driver's license
- Must pass background screening
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to drive golf carts

- Good physical condition to stand and perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to drive golf carts safely
- Strong interpersonal skills and service mentality
Job Duties
- Cleaning parking garages including sweeping, trash pickup, and scrubbing
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and safety of the facility
- Operating golf carts for transportation within the parking areas
- Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Standing for long periods while performing maintenance duties
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Adhering to company policies and safety standards
