The role presented here is for the position of Maintenance Person who plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant’s operations by maintaining excellent interior and exterior cleanliness, as well as ensuring that equipment functions properly. The Maintenance Person helps ensure that the restaurant environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for customers and staff alike.

In this role, you will join the Maintenance Team and receive the tools and training necessary to succeed in your job. The duties involve day-to-day maintenance tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining the outside grounds, cleaning equipment and windows, restocking stock rooms, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary. Additional responsibilities include unloading delivery trucks twice weekly, emptying the trash compactor, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and removing roof debris. Through these activities, the Maintenance Person supports the overall smooth operation of the restaurant and contributes to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
