Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
- Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

Job Duties
- Maintain overall maintenance of the community including common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems
- Ensure delivery of industry-leading services and maintain high quality standards
- Perform HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical repairs and minor construction as required
- Conduct preventive maintenance of building and ground maintenance tasks
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities efficiently
- Ensure resident comfort and safety through timely repairs and upkeep
- Comply with safety policies and regulations
