The role of Building Services Coordinator is a critical position responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the entire community infrastructure. This includes all common areas, resident rooms or apartments, grounds, essential equipment, and complex mechanical systems. This position demands a hands-on approach to managing building plant systems, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents through timely repairs and maintenance activities. - 1-2 years of building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
