Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Physical ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Eligibility to work in accordance with company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety and building codes
  • Physical ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Oversee maintenance of all community common areas and resident apartments
  • Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and minor construction repairs
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for buildings and grounds
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with staff to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Lead and supervise maintenance staff as needed
