Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Physical ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Eligibility to work in accordance with company policies

Job Duties
- Oversee maintenance of all community common areas and resident apartments
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and minor construction repairs
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for buildings and grounds
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with staff to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff as needed
