Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged
less than one year preferred experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property
computer and smartphone literacy required
ability to communicate clearly in english verbally and in writing
ability to perform physical duties associated with custodial and maintenance work

Job Qualifications

effective verbal and written communication skills in english
ability to work under supervision and follow guidance
multilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including shampooing carpets and pressure washing
perform seasonal snow removal and trash disposal
conduct basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and air filters
perform minor repairs including caulking, lock repair, and pool maintenance under supervision
notify management of repair needs
adhere to safety and operational guidelines
perform additional duties as assigned
