Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- computer and smartphone literacy
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English verbally and in writing
- preferred experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance
- ability to perform physical labor including heavy cleaning and snow removal

Job Duties
- maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of property including carpet shampooing, pressure washing, snow removal, and trash disposal
- performs basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and air filters, caulking, pool maintenance, and lock repair
- reports needed repairs to management
- assists in property upkeep activities as directed
- ensures compliance with regulated standards
