Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum age of 18 years old
- valid NYS driver's license
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability for mandatory overtime during inclement weather
- ability to perform janitorial work when needed
- willingness to assist with special projects

Job Duties
- Lawn maintenance/grounds maintenance/snow removal
- answers maintenance calls throughout the day
- performs minor maintenance/repairs to building and property
- repairs building cracks, interior and exterior
- maintain equipment and tools daily, routinely and seasonally
- assists with special projects/jobs that become a priority
- coming in on off-hours when needed (will be compensated)
