The role at GDI involves ensuring that client facilities are neat, presentable, and maintained to the highest standards. The position requires performing a broad range of basic maintenance tasks such as trash removal, general cleaning, and restocking supplies to help maintain a clean and inviting environment. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of the customer's facility by addressing daily maintenance needs promptly and efficiently. The employee will be expected to actively monitor public areas, performing light floor care duties such as damp mopping to handle spillages and litter removal. This function supports the broader goal of providing a safe, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing environment for visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
GDI offers shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, providing a structured and consistent work schedule for team members. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and orderly spaces. Collaboration is also important, as the employee will work alongside other crew members to accomplish maintenance tasks, while also responding to specific customer requests and following supervisors' guidance. Individual judgment and the ability to work independently are essential traits for success in this position.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sanitation or housekeeping desired
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- Previous sanitation or housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning preferred
- Ability to work effectively with other crew members

Job Duties
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including trash removal
- Conduct general cleaning and supply restocks
- Support daily tasks in the customer’s facility as needed

- Continuously inspect public areas for cleanliness and remove litter
- Follow supervisor instructions and respond to customer requests
- Collaborate with other crew members to maintain facility cleanliness
