The role of Maintenance Associate at Morningstar Properties is a part-time position perfect for a hands-on individual who enjoys problem-solving and working independently in an active environment. The Maintenance Associate takes ownership of the property's appearance and grounds by managing landscaping, cleaning, trash removal, restrooms, units, and common areas. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Maintenance Associate performs scheduled maintenance tasks, conducts property walkthroughs, and uses problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues efficiently and safely.
