The role of Maintenance Program Manager at ThriftBooks is a critical position within its operations-driven environment, supporting automated systems and equipment across multiple distribution centers. This hybrid role includes on-site presence at operational facilities and involves travel of approximately 25 to 50 percent, along with occasional weekend work during go-lives and preventative maintenance schedules.
